Description

A Visual Identity for Your Business

Tiny Sparkles provides logo and icon design services based on your business name, audience, and preferred visual direction.

Whether you need a logo for a new business or a coordinated set of icons for your website, we begin with a clear brief and an agreed project scope.

This is a custom design service, not an instant-download logo pack. Logo design and icon design can be purchased separately or combined in your quote.

Available Design Services

Your project may include the following, depending on the approved scope:

  • Logo concepts: Initial design directions based on your brief and intended use.
  • Selected concept refinement: Adjustments to the chosen direction within the included revision allowance.
  • Logo variations: Agreed horizontal, stacked, symbol-only, or single-color versions.
  • Icon design: A defined number of icons with a coordinated visual style.
  • Digital adaptations: Versions sized for agreed website, profile, or favicon placements.
  • Basic usage reference: Color values and other agreed notes for using the final artwork.

What Your Quote Specifies

  • Whether the project includes a logo, icons, or both.
  • The number of initial logo concepts.
  • The number and subject of each icon.
  • The number of revision rounds.
  • The logo variations and size adaptations included.
  • The final export formats and any editable source files.
  • The usage terms, delivery schedule, and service fee.

Additional concepts, icons, variations, or file preparations are quoted separately when they are outside the approved scope.

How the Project Works

  1. Share your brief: Provide your business name, audience, visual preferences, and intended applications.
  2. Approve the quote: Confirm the design scope, deliverables, price, and estimated schedule.
  3. Review initial work: We present the agreed concepts or icon direction for your feedback.
  4. Refine the selected direction: We apply the included revisions based on your consolidated feedback.
  5. Approve the artwork: Check the final spelling, colors, shapes, and required variations.
  6. Receive your files: Approved deliverables are supplied through email or a download link.

What We Need From You

  • Your exact business or brand name and tagline, if applicable.
  • A brief explanation of what your business does.
  • Your target audience and intended uses for the artwork.
  • Preferred colors, styles, and any elements to avoid.
  • Examples of visual styles you like, as inspiration.
  • A list of required icons and what each should communicate.
  • Existing brand materials you are authorized to use, if relevant.

Reference designs help communicate your preferences; they are not instructions to reproduce another business’s identity.

Final Files and Formats

Your quote lists the formats included in the delivery. Depending on the project, these may include:

  • PNG: Raster artwork with a transparent background where required.
  • JPG: Raster artwork on an agreed background.
  • SVG or vector PDF: Scalable artwork when vector delivery is included.
  • Editable source files: Included only when specifically listed in your quote.

Files are prepared for the agreed uses. Specialized print production, embroidery, animation, or additional export formats require a separate scope.

Presentation mockups illustrate possible applications. Physical products and mockup source files are not included unless expressly listed.

Revisions

A revision round consists of one consolidated set of changes to the selected design direction. Your quote specifies how many rounds are included.

A new business name, replacement brief, additional concept, or major change of direction may require a revised quote.

Usage Terms and Assets

The permitted use of the final artwork and any agreed transfer or license of design rights are specified in your written agreement.

Any third-party fonts or assets used will be identified together with relevant licensing requirements. Font files are not included unless redistribution is permitted.

Unused concepts and working files are not included unless expressly agreed. Trademark searches, registration, and legal clearance are outside the scope of this design service.

Items Not Included Unless Agreed

  • Business naming or tagline development.
  • A complete brand strategy or extensive brand guidelines.
  • Website design, packaging, stationery, or social media content packs.
  • Animated logos or motion graphics.
  • Printing or delivery of physical goods.
  • Paid fonts, stock assets, and third-party licenses.
  • Trademark filing or legal advice.

Delivery Schedule

The estimated schedule is confirmed before purchase and depends on the number of concepts, icons, and revisions included.

Work begins after receipt of the required brief, materials, and agreed payment. Delayed feedback or scope changes may affect the completion date.

Pricing and Payment

Your quote specifies the project fee, currency, applicable taxes, payment schedule, and final deliverables.

This is a one-time design project. There is no automatic renewal or recurring charge. Further design work requires a separate agreement.
